Mike Pierce – President /Co-Owner
I am a native of Tucson and a proud graduate of the University of Arizona. As a second generation owner of Total Look Interiors, I have grown up in the business. My background in the home interiors business is extensive with over 20 years of experience.
I am adept at all types of projects; new construction, remodels, and commercial improvements. I hold a KB-01 General Contractor’s License qualifying me to do any type of residential or commercial project. My vast knowledge of products and materials allows me to provide my clients with the ideal products for each application.
I have been married to my wife Tami for 15 years and I have a son Jake, at Catalina Foothills High School. I am also very proud to be involved with youth athletics and have served many years as a youth sports coach and board member for various organizations.

Melissa C Alejos – Vice President/Co-Owner
I have lived in Tucson for 13 years and am a transplant from the Kansas City area. I joined the team of Total Look Interiors back in the fall of 1997 and feel that our niche is unique to anyone else in town because of all the products and services that we have to offer. It makes my position rewarding and ever-changing!
My attention to detail and personalized customer service allows you to relax and enjoy your experience with us. Whether it be simply making a furniture purchase or remodeling an entire room, my goal, every time, is to make your home your favorite place to be!
I am involved in our community by volunteering my time to The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Tucson. Traveling is one of my favorite things to do, whenever my husband and I can find free time to get away.

Virginia “Joey” Brooks – Design Consultant
With my 18 years of experience in the home interior field, I love introducing my clients to color! Whether it be custom draperies, furniture, or floor coverings – I enjoy it all! I’ve been a member of the Total Look team since 2000 and love having everything to help you with your home, right at my fingertips.
I am a proud mother of two grown sons and an avid U of A fan! You’ll catch me at every home football game cheering on the Wildcats and enjoying our great Tucson weather.

Kendra McDermed – Interior Designer
I am a native born Arizonan. I started my design path back in high school theater. I was involved in designing sets, backstage production building, lighting plans and sound effects After high school I continued my education at the University of Arizona where I received my Bachelors Degree in Art History and Classics. After graduation from the U of A, I enrolled in Mesa Community College Interior Design program. While at MCC, I help establish MCC as the first FIDER accredited Community College. After receiving an Associate’s Degree in Interior Design, I moved back to Tucson and started working at Interior Expressions in Oro Valley.
In the spring of 2007 I participated in the “Street of Dreams” design competition on House #7 Bella Plaza. Bella Plaza took ‘Best Interior Design’ in the competition. I came to Total Look Interiors in the fall of 2007, where as a full service interior designer I enjoy working on custom designs including kitchen and tile layouts, fireplace designs, custom furnishings, and personalized window treatments. I embrace the use of both technology and hand renderings to demonstrate my design concepts. I firmly believe that form follows function and everyone functions in their space their own way. Therefore, the design must be tailored specifically for each client. I draw on my Art History and Classics background for the foundation of my designs.
In my spare time, I enjoy lounging around my house with my husband and two dogs, Brutus, a Neapolitan mastiff and Vallen, a Pt-bull/Lab mix. We all gather in the living room to watch a good movie or play a game.

Lindsey Morton – Design Consultant
I’ve been with Total Look Interiors for over two years. Working at Total Look has taught me that interior design is definitely what I was meant to do. I’ve never been in a more rewarding and satisfying situation.
When it comes to specialties, I am experienced in most aspects of interior design and am very eager to tackle any new project – whether it be new construction, commercial work or remodels. I am well versed in flooring, bathrooms, window coverings and colorizations; there’s nothing I can’t do As a lifelong artist, I am able to combine my artistic eye with my love of interior design to create unique and innovative designs.
Every day is a new opportunity and I look forward to helping you create the interior you have always dreamt of.

Jerry Czzowitz – Design Consultant
I have been in the home interior business for over 20 years. I can handle all of your needs, whether it be commercial, new construction, or remodels. I am available to do estimates either on site or via blue prints. With my knowledge and experience, I will be able to make your project as simple and easy as possible. No job is too big or too small.
I am a former professional bowler. I also love to play golf and poker. I have coached youth sports including football, baseball, and basketball.

Chris Maxwell – Interior Designer
I am very excited to be back at Total Look Interiors for a second time after three years of being away. A mother of three, and previous owner of my own business, Milieu Home and Garden, it’s been a long journey of learning that has brought me back to where I started. I have been practicing Interior Design for over 8 years in many different venues, from traditional design to backyard garden patios, and event planning and table settings.
My design background includes a four-year bachelor’s degree, two years of practical interior design, combined with two years of environmental design. This combination is perfect for design in a place like Tucson, where we live both indoors and outdoors – in unison. I have a passionate belief that each person’s space should reflect who they are, as well as satisfy their own specific functional needs because we all live differently in our spaces.
I feel that my strength in the Interior Design field is my practical ability to capture the customer’s vision and make it materialize in any given form; whether it be re-designing the function of their space through the entire remodeling process, or simply selecting furnishings, colors and materials. I truly enjoy what I do and it shows!
